Is it Laxta granicollis? "Bark Cockroach"? Cheers from Canada :)
Thank you, Zoltar, for your suggestion. Unfortunately, this is not a Laxta. They are mostly in Australia. Still remains a great mystery! Anyone else?
HINT: This cockroach is active during the day.
